A. Personal Data Controller.
1. The administration of your personal data within Kangu24 (hereinafter also referred to as Kangu Self Storage) shall be carried out on a joint controller basis as referred to in Article 26 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU. L 2016.119.1. as amended) - hereinafter also referred to as „GDPR”.
2. Joint controllers collectively determine the purposes and means of personal data processing.
3. Joint controllers of your personal data are: Kangu Self Storage Sp. z o.o. with registered office at ul. Ożarowska 42, 61-332 Poznań (KRS: 0000589820, TIN: 7822599073, REGON: 363151456, share capital: 7,770,000.00 PLN) and the Branch-Company (see point 5) to which you made your Order.
4. Full responsibility (jointly and severally) for fulfilling the obligations concerning the processing of your personal data is borne by the company Kangu Self Storage Sp. z o.o. with registered office at ul. Ożarowska 42, 61-332 Poznań (KRS: 0000589820, TIN: 7822599073, REGON: 363151456, share capital: 7,770,000.00 PLN) and the Branch-Company (see point 5), which is performing sales (Order) for the personal data subject.
5. You may exercise the rights resulting from the processing of your personal data against any of the joint controllers responsible for fulfilling the obligations concerning the processing of your personal data. Your exercise of this right has effect on all joint controllers, which means that this right will be exercised against each of the joint controllers individually and jointly.
6. Branch-Companies are respective (depending on a storage facility location) companies indicated in the Regulations of the Online Store Kangu24.
7. Notwithstanding the above, you may exercise your rights against any of the joint controllers, that is: against the company Kangu Self Storage Sp. z o.o. with registered office at ul. Ożarowska 42, 61-332 Poznań (KRS: 0000589820, TIN: 7822599073, REGON: 363151456, share capital: 7,770,000.00 PLN) and the Branch-Company (see point 5) relevant to your Order.
B. Safety and confidentiality of data
1. We strive to ensure the highest technical and organizational standards in protecting your data, and we take care of their security.
2. We make every effort to ensure the highest security and privacy of your data in accordance with applicable laws.
3. We only send messages to which you have given your consent or which are required by generally applicable law.
4. Personal data entrusted by you are stored and secured in accordance with the principles set out in the applicable laws, and have been reported to the database of the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection.
C. Rights.
1. You have the right to request access to your data and to request their correction and rectification, transfer, restriction of processing, as well as the right to request at any time the deletion or discontinuation of processing of your personal data.
2. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if they are being processed for the purposes of legitimate interests of Kangu Self Storage or a third party.
3. An email with confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by you.
4. The personal data you entrust to us is stored and secured in accordance with the principles set out in the applicable laws.
5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. More information on exercising this right is available on the website of the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
D. Automation and profiling.
Your personal data will not be used for automated decision making, including profiling understood as a form of automated processing of your personal data, which involves the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal factors, in particular to analyze or forecast your economic situation or credibility.
E. Purpose of personal data processing.
Personal data will be used by the Data Administrator among others in order to:
1. enable using of https://sklep.kangu24.com for the purpose of learning the offer of Kangu Self Storage, the range of services provided by Kangu Self Storage, and information about Kangu Self Storage (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR),
2. lodge requests for proposals (legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) of GDPR),
3. fulfil the obligations arising from the performance of the co-administrator of economic activities (legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) of GDPR),
4. make any claims and secure the legal and economic interests of Kangu Self Storage (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(e) and (f) of GDPR).
F. Entrusting of personal data.
Your personal data may be entrusted to:
1. entities entitled to obtain these data on the basis of common legal regulations (e.g. Police, Court, Prosecutor's Office, Bailiff);
2. entities to whom a joint controller entrusts the performance of certain legal or factual actions related to the assertion of claims or the exercise of powers, including:
a) lawyers or solicitors providing legal assistance to the co-administrator,
b) payment intermediaries – electronic money service providers, payment system operators.
G. Contact us.
The contact point within the meaning of Article 26(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU. L 2016.119.1. as amended) is:

2) for contact by electronic means: ochronadanych@kangu24.com,
3) for personal or telephone contact: registered office or phone number of the joint controller indicated under letter A (5).
H. Source of the data requirement and consequences of non-provision.
Providing personal data is a statutory or contractual requirement, or a condition of concluding a contract, and thus not providing personal data excludes a possibility of using the full functionality of the kangu24.com website and the hotline.
